Paintings are wrapped in multiple layers of protection (bubble wrap, rigid cardboard, waterproof film) to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Yes. Each spice is packaged in a vacuum-sealed airtight pouch, then packed in a protective box. Freshness and aromas guaranteed on arrival.

Yes. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the order ships. You can track your package in real time.

We accept payments in AED, EUR and USD. Currency conversion is done automatically.

Yes. All payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal, using 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store any banking data.

Yes, within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Opened spices are not refundable.

Take photos immediately and contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours. We will send you a replacement at no charge.

Generally 18 to 24 months for whole spices, 12 months for ground spices. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

Our spices are grown using traditional methods in Madagascar, without pesticides. Formal organic certification is in progress.
